Yes. When customers accept the quatation, we can arrange the samples for them. Normally sample charge is requested and sample fee is refundable when customer place the order. The samples are delivered by couriers with freight collect.

Around 10 days for backpack and 15 days for wheeled bag. Without Logo printing will be more quicker.

30% T/T (Bank Transfer) deposit before production, 70% T/T(Bank Transfer) before shipment. Or L/C at sight.

Within 60 days after received the deposit.

Our QC team will follow the "Production Schedule" accordingly to make sure that each step will be going smoothly and qualified, and we will update the actual status to our clients until we shipped out the goods. If mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility.

By sea, by air or by express as per your request. For large quantity order, sea cargo is the best choice. We can provide International Door-to-Door Service for you. This is recommended for buyers who want worry-free for import customs clearance.
